Updated Return Policy During COVID-19

This current period of uncertainty has certainly affected all of us, in one way or another. If the ongoing developments in the COVID-19 situation have required you to modify/postpone your planned events, not worry. We understand, and we want to help. We've implemented the following changes to our original return policy:

For the duration of the current COVID-19 situation, we have extended our return policy to a full 180 days throughout 2021.

Return for Refund:

Can be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Custom-made items cannot be returned. Returns need to be in resellable condition.

Return for Exchange:

Can be returned within 180 days of receipt of shipment. Custom-made items cannot be returned. Returns need to be in resellable condition.

Regarding the problems not mentioned below, please email hzoriyogis@outlook.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.


Refund Processing
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it’s received. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
